"Platform"

The betjet website (betjet.lat) and all associated digital services, applications and tools are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"User" or "Member"

Any person who has registered with betjet and is using the platform's services is referred to as a "User" or "Member".

"Account"

A personal gaming account created through registration, through which the user can access betjet's services.

"Bonus" and "Promotion"

Welcome bonuses, cashback, free spins or other incentive offers provided by betjet, which apply subject to specific conditions.

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age and must be able to prove their correct age.
• Each person may open only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, email — must be completely truthful and accurate.
• betjet reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit all deposited funds if false or incorrect information is provided.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. The account must not be shared with anyone else.
• betjet may request additional documentation at any time for identity verification purposes.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. No deposit below this amount will be accepted.
• betjet currently accepts transactions via bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposited funds must come only from the user's own payment account — deposits through third parties are not permitted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering conditions of any active bonus have not been met.

• A 200% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x — meaning you may withdraw after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus received.
• This bonus can only be received once per account.
• betjet reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

• betjet's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
• The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%.
• The Silver tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.6%.
• The Gold tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.9%.
• The Platinum tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 1.2%.
• The Diamond tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 1.5%.
• The rules for advancing to higher tiers may change from time to time and full details can be found on the VIP page.
• Cashback funds are added directly to the account and are withdrawable.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Operating an account using another person's identity or by providing false information.
• Using bots, automated software or any technical means to manipulate the system.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Conducting hacking, DDoS attacks or any other cybercriminal activity against betjet.
• Misconduct, harassment or the use of inappropriate language on the platform.
• Concealing identity verification information or submitting fraudulent documents.

The betjet website, its design, logo, text, graphics, software and all content are covered by betjet's exclusive intellectual property rights. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform — this does not constitute any transfer of intellectual property.

• No content from betjet may be republished, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Game software and content belong to the intellectual property of the respective game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft and Spribe.
• Users may not scrape or collect content or data from betjet.

• Users' personal information will not be sold to third parties.
• Payment information is never stored on betjet's servers — it is handled directly by the payment gateway.

betjet always strives to provide services as a safe and reliable platform. However, betjet accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, power outage or other technical failure.
• In cases where the user's own account credentials are stolen or lost.
• Due to delays or errors with third-party payment services.
• If services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government orders or cyber attacks.
• For any loss arising from a user's breach of these terms and conditions.

betjet may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time via live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless forfeiture is required due to fraud.

Amendments to Terms

betjet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

These terms and conditions and all betjet services are governed by applicable law. If any dispute arises between betjet and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through mutual discussion.

• If any part of these terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
